The Weekend

This past weekend was pretty jam packed with fun activities! Friday night I went out with Erin for dinner, and we just hung around St. Louis for a while.  I wore my favorite red velvet dress, but I didn't really get any good pictures of it because I broke my tripod, and I didn't want to bring my camera with me.  Anyway,  we ended the night a little early because on Saturday, we had an extended edition Lord of the Rings marathon at Erin's cousin's house that we were attending.  It lasted 12 hours! Have you ever sat so long you felt you were going to puke? That's what happened to me. Worth it, though! Later we went to our friend's apartment and watched MORE T.V., which was a little insane, but then we went to Karaoke after that.
On Sunday we went to the grand reopening of the St. Louis Public library.  It has been under renovation for about two years, so the librarian nerd in me was really excited to see it finished.  It's beautiful! The rest of these pictures are from our little trip around the library.  I got a bit snap happy, but it was just too beautiful to leave undocumented!
